Personal
I realised that it is always difficult for me to explain my train of thoughts (this is probably one of the reasons for my choosing to be an artist, although it seems we have to be good at writing too these days).
Anyhow, this morning i realized that all my work concentrate on the vulnerability and fragility of being human, and perhaps the only real protection to the self is in the mind, taking care of it in order to not loose it! Slowing down and pay real attention to what we do, seems to make us more content in the long run, achieving produce only a short lived happiness and require more madness in order to get to the next fix of happiness.
Consistency is the lifeblood of progress.
